All nominations for Leadership positions in the Peoples Transformation Party must be made with reference to the Nomination Guideline document.

In nominating a Party Member for any Leadership position within the Party, the following documents must be completed, printed, signed off by all relevant parties and submitted to the Election Nominations Committee for consideration and action.

The following forms must be completed and hand delivered for sign-off and acknowledgement of receipt by an Officer of the Election Nominations Committee:

1: Nomination Form (To be completed by the Nominee Sponsor)

2. Nomination Sponsorship Form (To be completed by the Nominee Sponsor)

3. Nominee Credentials Form (To be completed by the Nominee)

The below are required for consideration, by the Party, of any Nomination:

1. Nominee References (3 references required)
2. Attestations in support of the Nomination (3 attestations required)
3. Certificate of Character (To be obtained from the Office of the Inspector General of Police)
4. Proof of Financial Standing & Active Membership (of the Sponsor, Seconder, & Nominee in the Party)

The Candidate being nominated for a Leadership position within the Party must give their consent to the nomination by signing off on both the Nomination and Nomination Sponsorship Forms.

All completed Nomination Forms and supporting documents must be officially submitted.  Upon receipt of the Nomination Pack by the Election Nominations Committee, the receiving Officer will certify that all required documents are duly completed and shall certify thus by issuing a receipt to evidence submission of the Nomination Pack.

All Nominations shall attract a Processing Fee of Gmd1,000 (One Thousand Dalasi).  This fee shall be paid directly into the Bank Account of the Party, which bank account details should be requested from the Election Nominations Committee at the time of submission of the Nomination Pack.

Processing of the received Nomination Pack by the Election Nominations Committee shall not be undertaken for onward submission to the Governing Council and ultimately to the National Conference without evidence of payment of the Processing Fee paid to the bank account of the Party.

Once payment of the Processing Fee is made, the deposit slip from the bank can be transmitted to the Officer of the Election Nominations Committee, who would acknowledge receipt to the Nominee and subsequently undertake the processing of the Nomination Pack.
