Our Development Agenda, encapsulated in our economic development blueprint – Gambia Rising! – is a robust and comprehensive economic development plan that seeks to leverage the synergy that exists within our Twelve Economic Development Priority Areas.

Within the Gambia Rising Developmental framework are the three Fundamental Pillars of Leadership, Governance, and National Security; sine qua non to the Nine Economic Development Priority Areas.  Within these development priority areas, our Development Agenda puts the Private Sector at the heart of the nine national priorities in acknowledgement of the fact that the “Private Sector is indeed the Engine of Economic Growth.”  As such, the Strategies, Goals, and Objectives of a PTP Government shall be conceived under a multi-stakeholder approach incorporating the voices of government, the private sector, non-government organizations, civil society organizations, and our development partners.
